Mark Isenberg, DPM
Dr. Mark Isenberg received his Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University and attended medical school at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. After graduating in 1979, he completed his internship at Kern Hospital with a focus on surgery, and then began his podiatric career in the Greater Detroit Michigan area practicing alongside his uncle, Dr. Gerald Isenberg.
In 1984 Dr. Isenberg relocated to Florida to practice in both the south and west central regions of the state. He is in charge of the day-to-day operations of a Mobile Podiatry Service. Since 1997, he has been practicing on-site in nursing facilities and living centers and has provided in-home services for patients from Tallahassee to Pensacola and most of the rural communities in that region.
Dr. Isenberg is board certified in foot and ankle surgery, and a member of both the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Florida Podiatric Medical Association. He specializes in diabetic foot care, sports medicine, bunions, plantar fasciitis and more.
Dr. Isenberg has published numerous articles in professional journals including "Perspective on Podiatry" in the Michigan State Podiatric Medical Associations Annual Report. He has given many informative talks about “Your Feet” to community groups all over the Northwest Florida Panhandle, as well as being involved in a number of professional lectures associated with the Michigan State Podiatric Medical Association, Brent Hospital Seminar, and multiple Great Lakes Conferences.
When Dr. Isenberg is not treating his patients, he enjoys traveling, hiking, snow skiing, fine dining, and preparing gourmet meals for his family.
